Virtual DHCPv6 Plugfest

February 17, 2025 to February 21, 2025

We invite you to participate in our Virtual DHCPv6 Plugfest February 17-21, 2025. We are developing interoperability test methodologies for RFC 8415 and are looking for implementations to test against. This event is in preparation for a DHCPv6 test service for the IPv6 Ready Logo and USGv6 test programs.

This event is free and open to all! No UNH-IOL membership is required to participate.

How to Participate:

Send us your implementation
Client, Server, or Relay-Agent
Virtual or Physical Product (you will be responsible for shipping costs for physical products)
Technical Support: We recommend having a technical contact on standby to answer any questions about the product. However, this is not a requirement for participation
All participants must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

What to Expect:

A fully virtual event where we will test your implementation against several interoperability scenarios of products from other manufacturers.

O-RAN Global PlugFest: Spring 2025

February 24, 2025 to May 23, 2025

The UNH-IOL will be hosting the O-RAN Global PlugFest this spring and serving as one of several lab sites. Testing at the UNH-IOL site will focus on the following high-level scope items.

Deployment of automated testing and results reporting of the TIFG E2E test specification for sets of O-RAN components, as part of the theme "O-RAN E2E Deployment Templates, DevOps, and Test Automation."
Testing of O-RU and O-DU/O-CU interoperability, performance, and scalability.

Participation in the Global Plugfest is available to all O-RAN Members. Registration for the event is through the O-RAN Alliance organization. To participate in the plugfest, Learn more here.

The North American plugfest is being organized in partnership with ARA, AERPAW, AT&T, COSMOS, Northeastern University, POWDER, and Verizon with each providing input to the desired testing scopes and activities.

Virtual IPv6 Cloud Test Event

March 24, 2025 to March 28, 2025

We invite you to participate in a Virtual IPv6 Cloud Test Event hosted by the UNH-IOL from March 24-28, 2025.

Our team has been collaborating with NIST to develop a basic functional test plan for IPv6-enabled cloud products. This test plan will be used for claiming capabilities within the USGv6 test program, focusing specifically on Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS)

This test event aims to conduct “beta” test runs against the draft test plan.

Registration for this event is free, but you must be a member of an IPv6 test service at the IOL to participate.

How to Participate:

Provide us your IPv6-enabled cloud product:
- This event will focus on IaaS systems and computer resources deployed in an IPv6-only cloud network.
- We can host products on Azure and AWS for this event.
Please have a technical contact on standby to answer any questions about the product.

10BASE-T1S Plugfest

Overview

The UNH InterOperability Lab (UNH-IOL) is hosting the second 10BASE-T1S Plugfest (TBD) 2025 in Durham, NH. We are actively looking for companies to sponsor this event to help drive participation and reduce fees. If you are interested in sponsorship opportunities, please email Michelle Whisnant today.
